The Union of Councils for Soviet Jews published two reports about growing anti- Semitism in Latvia and in St. Petersburg, Russia. “If Latvia and Russia are going to be societies open to all of their people, the governments must stand firmly against anti-Semitism and fascism,” said the group’s president, Yossi Abramowitz.
