The United Jewish Communities suspended acceptance of all U.S. mail deliveries. Last week’s move by the umbrella organization for North American Jewish federations, located in New York, came after anthrax was discovered at the main post office that routes mail to the UJC office. Mail service may be reinstated this week, according to an internal UJC memo.
