The United Nations attempt “to arrogate to itself the right to impose economic sanctions on countries which won’t obey its decisions” is “disturbing,” South Africa’s Foreign Minister, Eric Louw, today told a meeting of the Afrikaans Chamber of Commerce in Capetown. Mr. Louw also expressed concern over the United States attempt to “force a change” in Israel’s foreign policy by cancelling the $75,000,000 Export-Import Bank loan which had been agreed to.
