The United Palestine Appeal today launched a nationwide emergency campaign for settlement in Palestine of Jewish refugees from Germany, in accordance with the Jewish Agency’s proposal for immigration and settlement of 100,000 German Jews, which Colon al Secretary Malcolm MacDonald announced in the House of Commons on Thursday was being given careful consideration by the British Government.
