The United States will continue pressing for a Middle East peace accord despite the latest suicide bombing, Colin Powell said. “Every time one of these events happens, it takes us off a course we were on for a while,” the U.S. secretary of state said Wednesday after meeting with British Foreign Secretary Jack Straw. But “at the end of the day, we have to find a political solution.”
