The White House is expected to propose additional military aid and loan guarantees for Israel in coming days. The funds are expected to be included in a supplemental aid package proposed to Congress in the opening days of military action against Iraq to pay for the attack. Israel has requested $4 billion in foreign aid and $8 billion in loan guarantees.
