The wife of convicted spy Jonathan Pollard said Ariel Sharon did not want to secure her husband’s release. In an interview Thursday with the online edition of the Yediot Achronot newspaper, Esther Pollard reacted to news that the Israeli prime minister did not give President Bush a petition calling for Pollard’s release, signed by 112 Knesset members, including Sharon.
