The will of Hyman B. Rubin, filed in the Surrogate’s Court yesterday, creates trust funds and makes specific bequests aggregating $345,000. Mr. Rubin, who died on November 30, bequeathed $25,000 to Beth Israel Hospital, and $5,000 each to two free loan associations in Poland.
Mr. Rubin’s largest outright bequest was one of $100,000 to his parents, Morris and Ida Rubin, of 131 West 110th Street. He created a trust fund of $25,000 to be divided into equal parts among any first cousins who, by competent proof, established their relationship within one year after the probate of the will.
