The World Health Organization criticized Israel for the “excessive use of force against Palestinians.” The resolution passed at the organization’s annual assembly – which regretted the “escalation of violence,” voiced concern about Israeli settlement policies in the West Bank and Gaza Strip and emphasized support for Palestinian self-determination – passed by a vote of 92-3.
