There is a strong perception of anti-Semitism on the campus of a Minnesota college, according to a report by the local Jewish Community Relations Council. Some faculty members and students at St. Cloud State University feel there is a consistent atmosphere of discrimination, and many Jews feel threatened and in some instances unsafe on campus, the report concluded.
