There will have to be more progress in Israel’s talks with Syria and the Palestinians before Arab leaders agree to tackle regional issues, Egypt’s foreign minister said. Amre Moussa added that Egypt will attend the next session of the multilateral talks, slated to begin next week in Moscow, but that he would use the talks to press Israel to move ahead with the peace process.
