Thirty-two Jewish candidates are among those nominated today by the various British parties in the present election.
The list of 1,400 nominees for the Labor, Conservative and Liberal parties, was published today. The Liberal Party is in the lead with regard to the number of Jewish candidates, numbering 14; the Labor Party numbers 6, and the Conservatives 12.
It is interesting to note that the Palestine question is not being mentioned in any of the election speeches.
