Thousands of Jewish day school students in North America will study Biblical and Talmudic texts this Shavuot in memory of terror victims. The project is being organized by the Koby Mandell Foundation, named after a 13-year-old boy stoned and beaten to death by Palestinians in the West Bank in May 2001.
