THREE COMMITTEES APPOINTED BY THE VIENNA JEWISH COMMUNITY ARE INVESTIGATING THE ECONOMIC POSITION OF AUSTRIAN JEWRY AND PARTICULARLY THE QUESTION OF VOCATIONAL RETRAINING. THEY ARE ENDEAVORING TO ESTABLISH THE PROPORTION OF JEWS IN VARIOUS PROFESSIONS IN THE DIFFERENT FEDERAL STATES AND INVESTIGATING THE POSSIBILITIES OF FINDING OPENINGS FOR THE JEWISH YOUTH IN NEW PROFESSIONS.
