A total of $1,250 billion will be raised for Israel in 1972 if the goals set by the Israel Bond Organization, the United Jewish Appeal and the Keren Hayesod-United Israel Appeal are realized, Finance Minister Pinhas Sapir said today. Sapir spoke at a joint news conference with Sam Rothberg of Peoria, Ill., general chairman of the Bond Organization. The targets set for Bond sales and UJA fund-raising this year are $450 million each and for the KH-UIA, $350 million.
