Three Jewish students were arrested today as they and other Jewish students and members of the Committee for Solidarity With Russian Jews distributed leaflets during a ceremony at which a Soviet admiral and other Soviet naval personnel laid a wreath at the national memorial. The leaflets protested the treatment of Soviet Jews. The police dispersed all the demonstrators except for the three held.
