Three Jews have been elected to the Toronto City Council, it was reported today. They are Allan Grossman, Phillip Givens and Howard Phillips. Nathan Phillips, father of one of the new Councilmen, who had been a member of the City Council for the last 28 years, was defeated in his first attempt to win the mayoralty election.
