Dr. Julius Klepper, clinical professor at New York Polyclinic Hospital, and assistant professor at New York Post Graduate Hospital, has been honored with the Order, Commander of the Crown, conferred upon him by the Roumanian government.
Dr. Klepper, born in Jassy, Roumania, has long been distinguished in the field of medicine. Besides his posts at Polyclinic and Post Graduate hospitals, he is assistant surgeon at Manhattan Eye and Ear Hospital and an instructor in operative surgery of nose and throat.
Dr. Max Winkler, vice-president of Bertron-Griscom Co., banker, and Marcus Nadler, director of the Institute of International Finance, were also recepients of the Order.
