Three people were wounded Wednesday in two separate bomb explosions, a police spokesman said. Two people were wounded when an explosive device went off on the outskirts of Netanya. A third person was wounded when a blast occurred outside the town hall of Kfar Saba, about nine miles northeast of Tel Aviv.
