Three Zionist leaders imprisoned in Poland will soon be released and “rehabilitated.” it was reported here today by a Jewish attorney who had defended the three men. The attorney arrived in Israel today as a tourist.
The three Zionists–all Revisionists–received two and four-year prison terms. Their cases will come up before an appellate body of the Polish Justice Ministry tomorrow, the attorney said, and the Polish Government will request that the sentences be annulled, the names of the three cleared and compensation be paid them for the time spent in prison. The men were identified as Razcko, Drazin and Perleh.
