The governmental concession for the operation of the famous hot springs of Tiberias will be granted to a Syrian company, according to a rumor circulated here.
The concession, it is rumored, will run for thirty years, the company being obliged to pay £2.500 yearly to the government. A provision of the contract imposes the obligation on the company to establish modern baths at the springs.
