Richman of Hartford, Conn., national commander, indicated that the J.W.V. would seek new Federal legislation on citizenship requirements when Congress reconvenes and said that today’s action by his policy committee was intended to “stimulate immediate government measures against bundists and their like who have not yet been put to the embarrassement of answering the questions of a Federal attorney.”
