(##)il, chairman of the President’s Committee on Religion and Welfare in the Armed (##)rces. The appeal was signed by representatives of the Protestant, Catholic and (##)wish faiths, including Rabbi Barnard J. Bamberger, president of the Synagogue Coun(##) of America.
