Yugoslavia’s Marshal Tito plans to pay an official visit to Israel, it was learned here today from unimpeachable diplomatic sources.
These sources asserted that the Yugoslav Premier wants to visit the Jewish State to allay certain “misunderstandings” which he feels have arisen in Israel regarding his recent visit to Cairo. At the same time, it was indicated, Marshal Tito wants to emphasize to Israeli leaders that Yugoslavia is not a party to any bloc, be it in Europe, Asia or the Middle East.
