The Parliament of Uruguay has passed a new law authorizing the admission into Uruguay of parents, husbands, and wives and minor children of persons already established in the country, according to information received here by the Hias-Ica-Emigdirekt.
The new law was passed to mitigate the hardships of the measure previously enacted which suspended emigration to Urugay.
