Zissu, initiator of a plan to open the Negeb area in southern Palestine to Jewish colonization, will shortly organize a committee of Jews and non-Jews to promote the project in view of Colonial Secretary Malcolm MacDonald’s readiness to consider its possibilities. Mr. MacDonald is scheduled to confer on the plan with High Commissioner Sir. Harold Alfred MacMichael, who is coming here from Jerusalem on a visit.
