A program marking the 50th anniversary of organized communal Jewish education in New York City will be held next Sunday at the High School of Art and Design. The program, featuring eight concurrent morning meetings for educators and a plenary session, will stress the advances made in Jewish religious education in the past half century. It will be conducted under the auspices of the Jewish Education Committee of New York, which serves 750 Jewish schools and 150,000 pupils in the Greater New York area.
