Oscar Cohn, industrialist, announced today that he will finance the planting of 104 trees in the Herzl Forest in Palestine as a memorial to Dr. Nahum Sokolow, world Zionist leader who died in London on Sunday.
The number of trees was set at 104 because it is the numerical equivalent of the Hebrew letters making up Dr. Sokolow’s first name.
