In reply to the question asked by Col. Bury, bitter opponent of the Novomejsky and Tulloch tender, as to when the Colonial Office will submit the detailed terms of the draft of the agreement before signature, the Colonial Minister stated that although it was not the practice to submit such terms before execution, he will declare that his statement of June 11, 1928, may be regarded as a pledge to lay the paper containing the terms before the House.
