Tosca Seidel will be one of the paricipating artists in the concert to be given under the auspices of the American Jewish Physicians Committee for the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, at Carnegie Hall, Tuesday evening, February 27. Other artists are Ossip Gabrilowitsch and Madame Hulda Lashanska.
The concert committee includes Dr. Emanuel Libman, chairman; Doctors Samuel J. Kopetzky, Harry E. Israac and Milton B. Rosenbluth.
