A special area of the “Land for Victory” tracts which the Jewish National Fund is now acquiring in Palestine to further America’s and the Allies’ war effort in the Middle East, will bear the name of Dr. Israel Goldstein, President of the Jewish National Fund of America, it was announced today following a session of the Fund’s Board of Directors held in the hotel St. Moritz. The session was held in the form of a dinner in tribute to Dr. Goldstein in appreciation of his many years of service to the Zionist cause and as President of the Fund in the United States.
