The third annual meeting of the Training Bureau for Jewish Communal Service will take place here Dec. 8, according to an announcement by George W. Rabinoff, executive director. The meeting will precede the three-day convention of the General Assembly of the Council of Jewish Federations and Welfare Funds which also will be held here.
