Transfer of the Palestine mandate from Britain to the recently-formed League of Arab Nations was proposed here by M. S. Massoud, secretary of the Canadian Arab Friendship League, addressing a meeting of that organization.

Declaring that transfer of the mandate would solve the Palestine problem, Mr. Nasscud declared that the Arab nations have helped hundreds of thousands of Jews by allowing them to enter Palestine, “but are opposed to their political aims within Arab cared territory.”
