The trial of Captain Panisoara and the three gendarmes charged with responsibility for the torture of Samson Bronstein, Zionist leader of Yedinez, Bessarabia, will not take place before the adjournment of the present court on July 15th, the Jewish Telegraphic Agency was officially informed today.
The trial, which only last Saturday, the Czernowitz Attorney General indicated would be held during the present court session, has instead, been postponed until October 18th, seven months after the torture of Bronstein, and will take place before the second section of the Czernowitz Court of Appeal.
