President Truman yesterday discussed establishment of a National Arthritis Research Institute at the Leo N. Levi Memorial Hospital of the B’nai B’rith in Hot Springs, Arkansas, with Louis Kranitz of St. Joseph, Missouri, vice-president of the hospital. The proposed institute would be the first of its kind.
