David Noyes, a personal representative of former President Harry S. Truman, met here today with President Shazar, Prime Minister Levi Eshkol and Jerusalem Mayor Theodore Kollek to discuss plans for a projected visit here by Mr. Truman in July. Mr. Truman’s expected visit will be in connection with ceremonies launching the University’s Center for the Advancement of Peace, named for the former President.
