The suburb of Ariana where the anti-Jewish disturbances took place recetly, is now completely quiet. A garden party has just been held there in aid of funds for the Tunish Jewish Hospital. There was a large attendance, many non-Jews being included. No incidents occurred. The Caid (President of the Arab Municipality) was present the entire time. In an interview with the Jewish Telegraphic Agency correspondent, he said, that he had come specially to the affair and was stying till the end, to demon strate to the Arab population that nothing must be done to interfere with the peace of the Jewish population.
