Ankara dispatches reported today that five more refugee ships have arrived at Fenike, a small South Anatolian port on the Mediterranean. The authorities have refused to allow the refugees to land. Meanwhile, the steamer Parita, bearing more than 500 refugees, was reported to be leaving Smycha for Constanza today. Permission to land the refugees at the Black Sea port was not likely since they are not Rumanians.
