Turkish authorities today seized all copies of an anti-Jewish and anti-Israel book entitled “Zionism — A Danger for Islam,” written by Cevat R. Atilhan, a notorious anti-Semite. The book, which was published several months ago, passed unnoticed and its few readers were chiefly Jews curious to see what Mr. Atilhan had to say. Atilhan was active in World War II in trying to spread Nazi ideas in this country through his German-sponsored but unsuccessful weekly publication. He also tried unsuccessfully to recruit Turks in the war against Israel.
