Twelve civilians, including an infant, were wounded in an Israeli air strike on southern Lebanon, according to reports from the region. Rockets landed near the house of a leader of Amal, a Syrian-backed militia. The air strike followed an exchange of fire between Amal gunmen and the Israeli army.
