Twelve well-known professors at the Technical University here left for Israel today as part of a cultural exchange, in which an equal number of Israeli scholars will visit Turkey next spring. The Istanbul professors will spend a weak in Israel, visiting Israel’s major technical and scientific institutions and installations.
