A 12-week series of beginners’ Hebrew lessons on television was started this morning over WNBC-TV Channel 4. The lessons, sponsored by the Radio and Television Commission of the New York Board of Rabbis in cooperation with the American Zionist Council, are designed to increase proficiency in the study of the Bible and prayer book.
