Twenty-five new settlement sites were erected since Prime Minister Ariel Sharon was elected in February, according to a report released by Peace Now. Hinting at a frequent criticism of its methodology, Peace Now said the locations it identified from aerial surveys could not be defined as expansion of established communities.
