Twenty puppies that arrived in Israel illegally from Uzbekistan can stay, a court ruled. Twenty-five puppies were found at Ben-Gurion Airport on March 31; they were held in the cargo area for several days, the Jerusalem Post reported. During that time, five of them died. The 20 remaining puppies will be allowed to stay in Israel.
