Twenty-three young Russian professionals graduated Sunday from the new Moscow school for nonprofit management. Initiated in 2005 by the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee, the 12-month business school-type program, called the school for NGO Management and Leadership, focuses on providing developing leaders with the tools necessary to manage non-profits.
