Two activists were honored for their work in the Soviet Jewry movement. Glenn Richter of New York City and Simon Frumkin of Studio City, Calif., were named co-recipients of the 2006 Cohon Award, the Rabbi Samuel S. and A. Irma Cohon Memorial Foundation announced.
