Two Arabs living near Nahlal were arrested today in connection with a clash between Arab and Jewish farmers, in which Yehuda Sheftel and Moshe Dayan were wounded.
Arab villagers invaded land owned by the Jewish National Fund and began to plough the land, claiming that it belonged to them. When Jewish colonists attempted to prevent them, fighting broke out and the two Jews were injured before the arrival of police.
