Two Arabs were fatally wounded in an attack on an Israeli patrol in Gaza Monday and an Israeli soldier was hospitalized for stab wounds in the neck. The incident occurred at noon local time. An investigation disclosed that the attacker had been under treatment at a mental institution. He and a companion were gunned down by the patrol.
