Two Britons were indicted here today on charges of creating panic in a crowded movie theatre by releasing smoke bombs and fireworks during the showing of the American-made Palestine war film. “Sword In The Desert” last month.

In Bow Street Court today, John Cook and Bertram Pile were held for trial by jury on charges of “effecting a public mischief by releasing a quantity of sparks and smoke liable to cause panic and serious bodily harm.”
