Two El Fatah saboteurs were sentenced to life imprisonment by a military tribunal in Jenin yesterday. Another military tribunal sitting in Nablus imposed sentences of 20 and 15 years respectively on two members of the “Black Hand” gang which terrorizes Arabs suspected of collaborating with Israel authorities.
The EI Fatah members, one from Hebron and the other from Tulkarem belonged to a gang captured in a skirmish with an Israeli patrol recently. Two others were killed in the exchange of fire. The “Black Hand” members were found in possession of fire arms and a mimeograph machine which they used to print inflammatory pamphlets.
